Curexo, Inc., a Seoul-based medical robotics company, acquired 62 U.S. patents from California-based Think Surgical, Inc. in January 2025. 

Curexo has a longstanding relationship with Think Surgical, having invested in the company in 2007. As of September 2024, Curexo holds a 1.7% equity stake in Think Surgical. The company’s largest shareholder is Hy Co., Ltd.

The patents acquired from Think Surgical encompass a variety of innovations, including advanced technologies for tool path planning, calibration systems, implant design, and cutting optimization. These technologies aim to enhance precision and efficiency in robotic-assisted surgical procedures.
