Shanghai-based MEGA P&C Advanced Materials (Shanghai) Company Limited acquired 12 U.S. patents in November 2024 from COVESTRO (NETHERLANDS) B.V., the Dutch subsidiary of Germany-headquartered Covestro AG.
The acquired patents center on nanoparticles, inorganic oxide coatings, hybrid nanomaterials, and anti-reflective coatings, technologies primarily applicable to high-performance surface treatments and advanced material solutions.
