Systems Technology Incorporated (STI), a semiconductor and display equipment supplier, has joined forces with its largest shareholder, Sungdo ENG (Sungdo Engineering & Construction), to file three Korean patent applications. This marks the first instance of the two companies pursuing a joint patent filing. 

The applications, all filed in July 2023 and publicly disclosed in January 2025, cover technologies in chemical supply piping systems. The patents include two filings for "Pipe support for supplying chemical and Pipe module for supplying chemical including the same" (Application Nos. 1020230090266 and 1020230090267) and one for "Pipe module for supplying chemical" (Application No. 1020230090265). 

STI's core business centers on the development of high-purity chemical supply systems essential to semiconductor and display manufacturing, including its flagship Central Chemical Supply System (CCSS) and WET System.
